The Nexus Project is a scientific and engineering effort bringing truth to the field of computation. šHelp foster a culture of AI-first engineering. šLead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of engineers focused on building breakthrough technologies. šPartner closely with product, design, and other functions to define and deliver user-first experiences. šDrive development across our stackāfrom internal dev tools to customer-facing infrastructure. šEnsure excellence in software architecture, reliability, and security as we scale. šOwn project execution, delivery timelines, and cross-functional alignment. šBuild a culture of ownership, quality, and velocity. šChampion engineering best practices, including testing, observability, automation, and infrastructure as code.
Requirements
šHave led product or infrastructure teams that shipped real products used at scale. šCan navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and prioritize ruthlessly. šHave experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Terraform. šUnderstand (or are eager to dive into) distributed systems, cryptography, and blockchain protocols. šCommunicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. šBalance speed and quality without sacrificing either.\Thrive in fast-paced environments and want to build something enduring.
