📍Strategic Collaboration: Partner up with commercial and product teams to help define Bitpanda’s corporate strategy, driving alignment across business units 📍Financial Modeling & Analysis: Create presentations, reports, forecasts, and financial models to support both internal and external stakeholders in strategic decision-making 📍Executive Support: Collaborate with senior management on critical initiatives, providing insights that shape our long-term direction, and play a key role in the most strategic and confidential projects within the 📍Chief of Staff team - a core function at the heart of our company Organisational Planning: Support the development of OKRs and roadmap planning ensuring that the entire organisation is aligned and focused. 📍Market Insights: Conduct in-depth industry research to support strategic initiatives, keeping our team at the forefront of market and competitive trends

Who You Are

📍Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) from a top university, with a record of strong academic performance 📍Professional Experience: Completed at least one internship, ideally in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or tech 📍Hard Skills: Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and the ability to create high-quality presentations 📍Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach for working efficiently across teams in a fast-paced environment 📍Growth Mindset: Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to continuous improvement and a drive for excellence in all tasks
