What You'll be Doing

📍Content Creation and Execution: Plan and produce engaging content (such as short videos and articles) that highlights the appeal of the OKX brand and Web3 products, driving user acquisition through various channels. 📍Growth Operations: Design and execute growth experiments (such as A/B testing and viral campaigns) to optimize content dissemination and user conversion rates across content and community channels. 📍AI Tool Application: Utilize AI tools (such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, Canva) to generate creative content, analyze user behavior, and optimize marketing copy, enhancing work efficiency. 📍Data Analysis: Track content performance metrics (such as views, engagement rates, and conversion rates), analyze user behavior, and provide optimization recommendations. 📍Market Research: Combine insights from Web3 industry trends and user research to inform growth strategies.

What We Look For In You

📍Current university undergraduate or graduate student in Marketing, Journalism, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or related fields preferred. 📍Familiarity with the content ecosystems of Twitter and YouTube; understanding of content preferences among Hong Kong and Chinese users, with prior account management experience preferred. 📍Strong self-motivation and a keen interest in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries; basic knowledge of crypto trading is a plus.
