Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šOptimize and drive our sales and partnerships strategy, identify key areas of expansion šManage the full sales process, from initial discovery through negotiations with potential clients šBecome a product expert and help customers use Helius effectively; assist prospects through the trial and evaluation phase šMeet quarterly sales revenue targets šOutbound to key accounts, verticals, and funds šEstablish strategic partnerships within the Solana ecosystem šCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define go-to-market plans for new product launches along with surfacing product or adoption blockers to improve our customer experience
Qualifications
š5+ years of work experience in business development or sales roles šBased in North America šExperience selling to a technical audience šStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly šComfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and scrappy environment šExcellent communication and collaboration skills šHigh degree of ownership and agency, eager to take charge of projects with undefined process
