Job Summary
In this role you will:
đź“ŤOwn, design/refine, and manage the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program, including but not limited to strategy, roadmap and controls to address regulatory requirements. đź“ŤLead, train and mentor a team responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews globally. đź“ŤCommunicate our compliance framework and GCMT Program requirements to all relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
What We Look For in You:
đź“Ť7+ years of experience in compliance with financial services, FinTech or cryptocurrency industries. đź“Ť4+ years of management experience for a team lead role. đź“ŤExperience in compliance monitoring and testing roles, preferably overseeing CMT programs, testing plans, and activities across a global footprint. đź“ŤKnowledge and understanding of crypto, compliance regulations, financial services regulations, internal policies, processes, and procedures.
