Key Responsibilities

📍Install, update, and configure firmware on ASIC miners 📍Monitor miner performance (hashrate, temperature, logs, reboots) 📍Troubleshoot issues using SSH, diagnostics, and fleet dashboards 📍Respond to firmware-related escalations and coordinate resolutions 📍Collaborate with operations and networking teams to resolve system issues 📍Maintain accurate configuration data in fleet management platforms 📍Document procedures, configuration changes, and results 📍Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements 📍Contribute to internal tools, checklists, and support documentation 📍Stay current on firmware updates, bugs, and vendor notes 📍Additional duties as required

Qualifications

📍Associate degree in a technical field or 2+ years in Bitcoin mining 📍Experience with ASIC miners 📍Familiarity with stock and aftermarket firmware 📍Proficient with VPN, SSH, web GUIs, and miner toolkits 📍Skilled in log analysis, live config changes, and remote diagnostics 📍Strong troubleshooting and communication skills 📍Able to work independently and coordinate across departments
