Job Summary
Role
📍We’re looking to hire a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for our Operations/Business teams (including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud, and Business Operations). You’ll have the opportunity to: 📍Own full-cycle recruiting process for various Operations roles at Whatnot. 📍Identify talented candidates. You'll partner with recruiting managers, recruiters and hiring managers to identify a high caliber of candidates and reach out efficiently to potential candidates. 📍Emphasize diversity and inclusivity. You'll look for traditional and non-traditional methods to increase the likelihood we can bring new perspectives to the team. 📍Screen candidates. You'll serve as the filter of the top of the funnel to maximize the hiring team’s time and focus on interviewing the best candidates. 📍Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics when needed. You'll work with the Recruiting Manager, Business and hiring manager to tighten up job descriptions, screening rubrics, and manage the hiring process along the way. 📍Iterate on candidate feedback. You'll smooth rough edges in the hiring process by iterating on feedback from candidates or other signals. 📍Nurture relationships with individuals and groups. You'll help build personal relationships through introductions, references, or by facilitating participation with community groups.

You bring 5+ years of recruiting experience and get energy from building foundational processes and principles. You set strategy, you lean in and get into the weeds and you inspire your team to do their best work.
