Job Summary
In this role, you'll:
šAct as a strategic business partner to the sales & services organization by providing critical reporting and actionable insights rooted in financial data and analysis šFacilitate and support annual planning and forecasting for the global sales team šSupport management of budgets and šMaintain regular reporting on performance against top-line KPIs and variance analyses šPartner closely with Revenue Ops to monitor and track bookings and margins šProactively identify opportunities for change, process improvement, and system enhancements šDevelop an intimate understanding of our business and GTM strategy and use your insights to drive continued improvement in our Sales & Services processes šCarry out various ad hoc analyses for special projects across Sales & Services šSupport creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting both internally and for our Board of Directors
We're looking for candidates who have:
šAn established background in FP&A with an emphasis on strong business partnership šPrior experience hiring and managing a team of world class finance professionals šPrior SaaS company experience, with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics šExcellent reporting skills with the ability to gather the appropriate data and glean insight to improve performance šProven ability to identify and replace manual processes with automation šStrong attention to detail and accuracy šPreferred Public Sector experience, but not required šPrior experience with Sales Compensation planning is a plus šA growth mindset and genuine curiosity
