Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing:
📍Manage customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform, be responsible for overseeing and executing the transfer of fiat currency into and out of the exchange 📍Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts 📍Resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing 📍Analyze and highlight exceptional items related to settlements and collaborate with cross functional teams and banking partners to resolve quickly 📍Support future development efforts by testing new product offerings 📍Support the accounting team with reconciliations and other payment-related activities 📍Review settlement operations and suggest areas of improvements and automations flexible on working hours, especially on weekend coverage 📍Support on ad-hoc requests from cross functional teams
What We Look For In You:
📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 📍At least 2 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in crypto exchange, banking, or fintech industries. 📍Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and related regulations in Turkey. 📍Proficient in financial reconciliation and basic accounting principles. 📍Proficiency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken. 📍Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets. 📍Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 📍Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 📍Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 📍Strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
