Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šSupport the CCO: Provide comprehensive support to the CCO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. šOrganisational Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the Commercial Organisation by maintaining excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. šTeam Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team to support various projects and initiatives, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment. šCommunication: Act as a liaison between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication. šAdministrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and document management. šProject Support: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives within the Commercial Organisation.
Skills and Qualifications:
šProven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. šExceptional organisational and time-management skills. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šAbility to handle confidential information with discretion. šA proactive and adaptable approach to work. šAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. šStrong proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications. šKnowledge and experience using Salesforce (SFDC), will be a plus.
