šDevelop and execute a strategic recruiting plan to attract top talent across the entire business šBuild and lead a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a data-driven and proactive hiring culture šDrive employer branding initiatives to position Ava Labs as a top destination for Web3 talent šStreamline and scale hiring processes, ensuring efficiency, diversity, and an outstanding candidate experience šPartner closely with leadership, people team, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and prioritize roles šLeverage data and analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes šDevelop strong pipelines of crypto-native and blockchain-savvy candidates šStay ahead of industry trends, ensuring we attract the best talent in Web3
What Weāre Looking For
š8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role šExperience in high-growth startups, ideally in crypto, fintech, or blockchain šStrong understanding of technical and non-technical hiring (engineering, marketing, product, etc.) šProven track record of scaling teams and leading recruitment in a competitive talent market šDeep knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain, DeFi, and emerging crypto trends šStrong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to hiring šAbility to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment
