Responsibilities
šEnd-to-End Payroll Management: Oversee and process payroll for employees in over 10+ countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all payroll cycles. šManage payroll submissions, including wage calculations, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments. šCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations, labor laws, and tax codes šWork closely with the founders to implement the token grant administration product alongside payroll. šWork with tax advisors and legal teams to navigate complex tax situations, including expatriate payroll and multi-country taxation. šServe as a subject matter expert for payroll issues across internal teams (HR, Finance, Legal) and with external clients šPrepare detailed financials, FP&A, payroll reports, analyzing trends, costs, and variances. šProvide insights on payroll performance and make recommendations for efficiency improvements. šWillingness to perform day-to-day payroll processing tasks while also managing higher-level strategy and improvement projects.
Requirements
šMinimum 7-10 years of payroll experience with at least 5 years managing multi-country payroll, preferably in an EOR or similar environment. šMust have startup experience šDemonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and concepts šPassionate entrepreneur with strong business instincts, ability to identify attractive growth opportunities šA hustler mentality, founding a company or building side projects is a plus! šNorth America Time Zone
