Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
šDevelop an in-depth understanding of the Retail and Financial Institution businesses, including the Companyās business models, financials, competitors, and other strategic drivers šDrive the creation of high-quality executive materials, synthesizing information into key themes and insights. This requires coordination with the commercial team from whom inputs are required, creating and editing content, reviewing with Executive Leadership, and ultimately owning the project timeline šBuild integrated financial models to drive decision-making for new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and capital investments šReview opportunities, communicating the financial, operational, and legal impacts to the company šAnalyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures šReporting and tracking KPIs related to key strategic initiatives šThis role is expected to identify and drive financial efficiency and profitability for the US, Canada and Mexico šPrepares financial and business-related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments. šRoutinely communicate business unit and company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications.
MAIN QUALIFICATIONS
šBachelorās degree in business administration, Accounting, Economic, Finance or related field šAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills šEnglish fluent (both verbal and written) š2 years of experience in Finance, General Accounting, financial or commercial data analysis šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. šHighest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. šExcellent time management skills.
