Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Market Intelligence & Research šŸ“Design and manage primary and secondary research to quantify market size, share, and growth opportunities. šŸ“Conduct competitive analyses, segment markets, and prioritize targets based on revenue potential and strategic fit. šŸ“Interpret research insights to identify threats, opportunities, and emerging campaign themes. šŸ“Strategic Marketing & Planning šŸ“Collaborate with business and enterprise leadership to translate organizational objectives into an annual, cohesive marketing plan. šŸ“Develop buyer personas, SWOT analyses, positioning statements, and messaging frameworks that resonate with decision-makers. šŸ“Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, adjusting tactics as needed.

Education

šŸ“Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

šŸ“8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within healthcare marketing. šŸ“Proven record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
