Job Summary
You Will
šDrive the development and implementation of AI legal and compliance frameworks, including policies for model development, deployment, and monitoring that align with the latest AI regulations and industry standards. šParticipate in cross-functional reviews of AI projects to identify legal risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulations while enabling innovation. šDevelop AI governance documentation, including model cards, algorithmic impact assessments, training data compliance records, and legal risk assessments. šPartner with engineering teams to implement legally compliant AI development practices, including requirements for transparency, fairness, and accountability. šCreate processes for AI incident response, model monitoring, and legal compliance validation. šBuild scalable processes for AI legal reviews across different stakeholders.
You Have
š5+ years of directly related experience in technical program management, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML initiatives in a technology-driven environment. šStrong understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, state AI laws, etc.) and their practical implementation. šExperience developing legal frameworks for AI governance and responsible AI development. šExperience partnering with technical teams to implement legal requirements in AI systems. šUnderstanding of IP considerations in AI development, including training data rights, model ownership, and output licensing. šExperience with AI risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies. šStrong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
