Job Summary
What you’ll be working on:
📍Drive cross-functional projects with clear goals, timelines, and measurable impact, supporting both strategic and operational initiatives across WOO X and WOOFi. 📍Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, Design, and Business Intelligence to ensure seamless project execution. 📍Track key performance metrics, assess project health, and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks. 📍Translate business needs into actionable plans, providing clear updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. 📍Support the continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and reporting standards.

About you:
📍2+ years of experience in project coordination or program management, preferably in fintech, crypto, or consulting environments. 📍Strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, including CEX, DEX, and broader DeFi trends. 📍Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across time zones. 📍Excellent communication and documentation skills in both English and Mandarin. 📍A structured, data-driven mindset with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
