Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šBe the first point of contact for Raas Customers. šCoordinate rollup launches. šProvide hands-on technical support to Raas Customers. šEnsure all questions and issues are resolved appropriately. šLiaise with the engineering team for complicated issues and follow-up with the customer with resolutions. šProvide customer feed-back to the product team. šBuild and maintain relationships with customerās points of contact. šAchieve KPI targets on āFirst Time To Respondā and āTime to Resolutionā
Requirements
š3 years experience in the same or a similar position šExcellent professional communication skills (Youāll be jumping on calls with high profile accounts and leading these conversations). šGood Web3 tech know-how, specifically around blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts and javascript. šAbility to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues šFast learner: Ability to pick up new complex tech problems e.g rollup-related topics, at pace šResponsibility: Eager to have a lot of responsibility e.g managing key accounts šTechnical degree šFluent in English
