Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
📍You will be accountable for Starlink's growth and success in select regions, identifying and removing barriers to growth, championing user experience in each country, and driving initiatives to accelerate adoption. 📍Single person responsible for Starlink growth in select regions, identifying and prioritizing blockers and levers for growth 📍Set vision, develop strategy, and manage a budget around consumer growth strategies and tactics to enable us to accelerate growth 📍Adapt localized operations to optimize new market launches and long-term business success (new sales channels, logistics, customer support, etc.) to achieve revenue and profit goals 📍Deeply understand the customer and Starlink experience in the country, elevating insights to drive localized improvements to the customer experience 📍Develop and maintain weekly deployment forecasts based on a detailed understanding of demand and supply constraints 📍Identify and drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency of our operations 📍Champion key strategic consumer-focused projects end-to-end by working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
📍Bachelor's degree 📍2+ years of work experience in go-to-market, growth, international operations, consulting, software, or other technical disciplines.
