Responsibilities

📍Feature Development: Ship 2+ end-to-end growth UI features per quarter, each with comprehensive E2E tests, documentation, and performance budgets. 📍Experimentation Enablement: Integrate feature-flags and build rollout controls so PMs can launch, measure, and rollback UI experiments without developer intervention. 📍Component Library & Design System: Create and maintain reusable, theme-able React (and React Native) components that power all growth experiments and ensure visual consistency. 📍Instrumentation & Analytics: Emit structured events (clicks, impressions, variant cohorts) for every feature; collaborate with Data to validate pipelines and dashboards. 📍Performance & Reliability: Optimize first-paint times (<100 ms) and maintain ≤1 % production error rates; participate in front-end on-call rotation and triage issues within 15 minutes. 📍Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Backend, Product, Design, and Data teams to unblock dependencies, align on API contracts, and champion a data-driven development process. 📍Mentorship & Best Practices: Lead code reviews, pair-programming sessions, and knowledge-sharing Dojos to elevate front-end excellence across the team.

Qualifications

📍7+ Years of Frontend Experience: 📍building production React applications (web and/or React Native) in high-velocity environments (fintech, consumer apps, SaaS). 📍Proven track record shipping A/B-tested, feature-flagged interfaces and rapidly iterating based on metrics.
