Base is looking to hire an Associate Creative Director to join their team. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely anywhere in the United States. Base - A new Ethereum L2, incubated by Coinbase and built on the open-source OP Stack.
Job Summary
What youâll be doing (ie. job duties):
📍Supporting the onboarding, engagement, and retention of developers and users through growth initiatives 📍Support the design and execution of builder GTM strategies and programs (e.g. buildathons, launchpads, fellowships) 📍Identify and curate accelerator, VC, university, influencers, and other distribution partnership opportunities 📍Lead virtual event strategy- from concept to programming including speaker coordination, marketing, post event content 📍Formulate and execute IRL spaces across India to foster the Base community in never tried before formats that are content first 📍Lead our cross platform content efforts to move out of the current crypto bubble to mainstream builder audiences 📍Orchestrate and lead cross-platform content initiatives, expanding beyond current channels to engage mainstream builder audiences on Instagram, Youtube, and LinkedIn 📍Support the execution of large scale education initiatives helping builders get started with building onchain

📍Must haves 📍Some operational experience in an early stage startup/project (early employee, ex-founder) 📍Possesses strong influencer and content creation connections, understanding trends and distribution for maximum reach. 📍A proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter 📍Strong interpersonal and communication skills 📍A passion for building a global onchain economy
