Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šLead Generation & Outreach šResearch and identify early-stage Web3 projects across various verticals (DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, etc.). šReach out to project founders via cold messaging, events, and Web3 community networks. šBuild a pipeline of quality project leads using tools like Slack, Notion and Jira. šSales Support & Engagement šPresent Seedifyās offerings clearly and confidently to potential partners. šHandle early sales conversations, gather project requirements, and assess potential fit. šCoordinate with the onboarding team to ensure clear communication and follow-ups. šOnboarding Coordination šUse Slack, Notion, Jira, and Telegram to help organize onboarding workflows. šAssist with scheduling, document collection, and internal team coordination. šEnsure all project details are logged and handed over correctly to the relevant departments. šWeb3 Knowledge & Market Awareness šMaintain an up-to-date understanding of Launchpads, IDO models, and fundraising trends. šContribute insights on ecosystem opportunities, project quality, and industry shifts.
What You Bring
šExperience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in Web3, crypto, or tech startups). šA good understanding of Web3, tokenomics, launchpads, and fundraising dynamics. šAnalytical and Adaptable Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing project viability (e.g., using data-driven insights and relevant tools) and adapting strategies to evolving Web3 landscapes, with a target of improving lead-to-onboard conversion rates. šCommunication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to initiate conversations with founders, present Seedifyās value proposition, and build long-term partnerships
