Job Summary
What You'll Do
šPartner with the CEO and COO to translate high-level vision and strategy into actionable operational plans and execution across our global teams šProactively identify and tackle the most critical opportunities and/or challenges facing the organization šDrive the execution of key strategic or operational initiatives, monitoring progress and resolving roadblocks as needed šIdentify inefficiencies and design scalable systems to enhance organizational effectiveness šFoster collaboration and alignment between departments to create a shared understanding and drive better outcomes šDrive data-informed decisions and promote a data-driven culture šSupport strategic initiatives including fundraising and crypto industry partnerships
