Job Summary
You will:
šDevelop, manage and maintain relationships with existing partners. Including but not limited to day to day communications, ensuring all of their deliverables are met in a timely and correct manner, answering specific questions, identifying added value opportunities that will help enhance an overall partnership, etc šLead and ensure succinct, timely and strong execution of internal cross-functional team members to meet overall partnership deliverables šFacilitate and assist in managing any contractual changes ā including renewals, revision in terms, extensions or make goods šLead internal communication efforts that highlight the work our team does to ensure the company has a strong understanding of how our work supports the overall business. For example, sharing an in depth recaps of a partnership inclusive of metrics, images, results, etc šManage the creation of partner recaps and reporting šWork closely with agencies to support a variety of initiatives including influencers, experiential, on-site hospitality and content creation šActively vet inbound opportunities and proactively reach out to interesting, relevant and buzzy potential partners šActively work alongside partners and teammates to enhance and brainstorm new partner activations šMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and share learnings with the team
Qualifications
šYou have: šAt least 2-3 years of business development or partnership management experience at a team, league, sports brand or agency šExperience in Sports Marketing and a deep understanding of sports, brand building, cutting edge marketing and pop culture šThe ability to garner support from internal experts and external partners to position Cash Appās product against competition šCreative problem solver with a scrappy determination to do more with less šIncredible attention to detail and organizational skills šOutstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be persuasive, influential and affect change šAbility to lead through influence and work effortlessly across internal teams šOutstanding follow-through and self-starting attitude šThrive in a fast paced and highly matrixed organization šEntrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated success in driving new business from concept, to contract, and through the execution phase šThe ability to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet
