Responsibilities

📍Identify and source new partnership opportunities aligned with Flipster’s strategic goals. 📍Attend and participate in online and offline partner meetings. 📍Design mutually beneficial partnership deal structures using creative thinking and business development skills. 📍Understand and contribute to key partnership decision points. 📍Negotiate partnership terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for Flipster. 📍Assist in end-to-end management of partnerships Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners. 📍Serve as the primary contact for partnership partners, managing internal and external communications and expectations. 📍Provide regular updates and reports for external partners and internal stakeholders. 📍Design creative co-marketing campaigns that are mutually beneficial for both ends of the negotiation 📍Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of all partnership commitments. 📍Monitor and analyze partnership performance to ensure alignment with OKRs and drive user growth.

Qualifications

📍Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry. 📍Strong understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape. 📍Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 📍Ability to think creatively and strategically to design impactful partnership deals. 📍Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 📍Attention to detail in managing project deliverables and timelines. 📍Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving growth and innovation. 📍Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
