Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Generating ideas of what can potentially be offered to our clients Representing Protofire at events 📍Bringing in leads and matching them with an offer Protofire has Qualifying Leads 📍Preparing proposals (commercial part, assumptions) in collaboration with Tech Leads 📍Presenting proposals to clients or submitting to grant committees of blockchain communities 📍Negotiating terms with clients and increasing probability of sales conversion 📍Signing MSAs and Exhibits 📍Managing accounts and upselling 📍Managing client communication and follow-ups 📍Working by Protofire policies: updating CRM system on time, processing own and assigned leads together with tech team, attending meetings and fill in reports timely 📍Helping to improve Sales workflow
Experience required:
📍Experience in all of the above 📍Previous technical / FinTech and/or Blockchain experience (understanding of AMMs, Money Markets, Oracles, Stablecoins, Wallets, 📍Governance, basic token standards at minimum) 📍Interests in Blockchain projects/protocols 📍Familiarity with the notion of stock options, vesting, staking, tokenomics 📍Experience selling/managing open-source projects 📍Experience being a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or UX/UI designer is a plus
