Job Summary
Experience Required
📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field 📍2–4+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain investigations, financial crime analysis, or crypto compliance 📍Proven expertise in using blockchain forensic tools and open-source platforms (e.g., TRM Labs, Chainalysis, Elliptic, Arkham) to trace illicit funds and map wallet activity 📍Demonstrated experience in analyzing blockchain transaction patterns and recognizing suspicious behavior across digital asset ecosystems, including cross-chain and DeFi activity 📍Prior experience working with law enforcement agencies or responding to legal requests is highly desirable
Skills
📍Strong background in open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies to identify wallet owners, trace the flow of digital assets, and produce comprehensive reports 📍Ability to recognize and interpret technical identifiers that support remote threat investigations, including usernames, hashed passwords, email addresses, IP addresses, crypto artifacts, mail headers, and server/domain intelligence 📍Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to connect multiple data points across different platforms and tools 📍Clear and confident communicator, able to explain complex blockchain concepts through verbal, written, and visual storytelling for both technical and non-technical audiences
