Job Summary
YOUR TASKS
📍You increase the number of qualified leads generated monthly to acquire more customers. 📍You identify potential B2B partners in the SaaS sector in Germany. 📍You improve the success rate of cold outreach through targeted communication and personalization of outreach emails and calls. 📍You ensure that the leads you generate match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and have high conversion potential. 📍You reduce response time to incoming leads to ensure potential customers are attended to quickly. 📍You independently deepen your understanding of the needs and challenges of target customers to conduct more targeted conversations. 📍You monitor and analyze KPIs to identify weaknesses.
YOUR PROFILE
📍You are a personable, open-minded, and communicative individual and a loyal team player. 📍You have gained initial experience in sales or account management, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector. 📍You navigate confidently in CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce. 📍You possess strong written and verbal communication skills. 📍You have high self-motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. 📍 You have experience in data-driven work and using KPIs for performance measurement. 📍You continuously educate yourself to improve your sales skills and knowledge. 📍You are fluent in English and German (at least C1 level).
