Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAOās core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.

Your Responsibilities
šStrategic Roadmapping šFacilitate structured sprints to identify and rank growth opportunities: chain expansion, LP onboarding, partner integrations. šDevelop frameworks to prioritize initiatives across impact, effort, and timing. šDirection Validation šLead lightweight go-to-market tests to validate assumptions (e.g., pilots) šReduce time-to-feedback through direct experimentation. šExecution & BD šOwn outreach to partners (L2s, DeFi protocols, vault managers, wallets, institutions). šSource, structure and drive the deal flow opportunities from conversation to deployment. šNurture existing relationships with key partners and clients. šIteration & Feedback šEstablish repeatable mechanisms for prioritization, learning, and directional refinement. šTurn ambiguity into structured bets. šInternal Strategic Alignment šEnsure coordination across BD, marketing, and product. šMaintain clear documentation, KPIs, and check-in cadences for strategic alignment.
