Job Summary
What you will be doing:
šLiaise with existing staff members, managers, supervisors, and clients in order to achieve set goals. šEstablish professional relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders. šConduct research, write up reports, and present findings to staff and other stakeholders. šParticipate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. šConduct the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts. šCoordinate employee development plans and performance management. šPerform orientations and update records of new staff. šManage the organizationās employee database and prepare reports. šManage employee records and benefits, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans šMaintain employee morale by fostering a positive working environment through effective leadership and teamwork šPromote company core values and support in organizing staff activities and company events, manage and engage the employees during the entire life-cycle šParticipate in ad hoc projects when required.
What we are looking for:
šBachelorās degree in human resources management or equivalent. š3 to 5 years of experience in human resources or related fields. šAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. šExperience in following and maintaining workplace privacy. šDeep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations. šEfficient HR administration and people management skills. šKnowledge of HR functions and best practices. šExcellent written and verbal communication skills. šWorks comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines. šSuperb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software. šRemarkable organizational and conflict management skills. šStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
