Job Summary

What you will be responsible for:

šŸ“Creating and executing recruiting strategies that identify, qualify and hire highly technical and corporate talent šŸ“Hands-on sourcing reaching out to passive candidates šŸ“Conducting talent market mapping and analysis for a sustainable talent pipeline šŸ“Driving recruitment activities across multiple channels (direct applications, referrals, campus events, agencies, etc.) and managing those channels šŸ“Supporting business in the interview process to evaluating candidates for role suitability, team fit, and cultural alignment. šŸ“Crafting competitive compensation packages taking into consideration factors such as internal equity, job scoping and ensuring candidates are hired in at the appropriate level šŸ“Ensuring first in class candidate experience at every touchpoint. šŸ“Leveraging on tools such as LinkedIn talent insights to serve as a trusted advisor to business by providing data-driven recommendations to hiring teams. šŸ“Promoting company culture and enhancing the employer branding within the industry. šŸ“Staying updated on local labor legislation and ensuring compliance with employment laws. šŸ“Contributing to HR process improvements and policies.

How you will stand out:

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in human resources, Business, or related fields. šŸ“Minimum 8-10 years of recruitment experience with full-cycle recruiting and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). šŸ“Combination of inhouse and recruitment agency experience would be a plus šŸ“Interest in AI or blockchain industry is an advantage. šŸ“Demonstrates a resilient, dynamic & growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and adopt new technologies and practices.
