Job Summary
This role focuses to perform the HR services-related tasks (eg. HR administrative, recruitment, learning/training development, HR service desk etc.) in timely manner. Candidate should be able to think out of the box and challenge the existing process to ensure continuous improvement.
š Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner. šWork with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and requirements, post advertisements in a variety of job platforms šReview online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates, conduct interviews to analyse candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed, verifying references. šManage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager. Provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate. šComplete reference check and background checks on selected candidates, as requested. šLiaise between new hires and human resources, ensuring submission of all documentation required. š Be proactive, think strategically, and network early in search of stellar candidates for all positions. šRecommend system improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined, cost effective, high quality services are provided to hiring managers. šTrack applicant flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, help collect and analyse recruitment data. š Build and maintain database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs. šRepresent Bjak with professionalism, enthusiasm and energy to sell the organization to prospective candidates. šConduct informational interviews with potential candidates. Solicit and prioritize internal referrals. šProactive use of social media, Facebook, Linkedin etc.
Requirements
šBachelor's degree or relevant experience HR Certification, ideally Bachelorās Degree in Human Resources/Business/Social Sciences/Psychology field šBi-lingual proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English šQuality driven ā in communications and all system transactions š5+ years' experience in Human Resources šStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies šDemonstrated expertise training managers and employees šStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills šAttention to detail and good judgement
