šStrategic Vision & Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term marketing strategy that aligns with Raribleās vision and growth objectives, integrating B2C and B2B efforts for a unified brand presence. šBrand & Growth Marketing: Define and elevate Raribleās brand identity, creating a compelling narrative and positioning to engage diverse audiences, including developers, creators, collectors, and enterprise clients. šTeam Development: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across digital marketing, product marketing, and demand generation. Foster collaboration with our existing social media, partnership, communications, and content teams. šCommunity Engagement: Lead partnerships with influencers and content creators to produce high-quality, engaging, and educational content that strengthens Raribleās footprint in the Web3 ecosystem. šPublic Relations: Oversee PR efforts, securing strategic opportunities at industry events, conferences, and in media to enhance Raribleās visibility and thought leadership. šCampaigns & Activations: Craft targeted campaigns that boost customer engagement and retention, driving growth for both B2C and B2B platforms. šPartnership Cultivation: Leverage relationships and networks within the crypto and NFT communities to keep Rarible at the forefront of the Web3 conversation.
What we look for
šProven experience as a senior marketing leader, with a track record of driving revenue growth and scaling marketing efforts across various channels. šExpertise in brand, growth, and product marketing, capable of balancing long-term brand-building with short-term growth initiatives. Web3, NFT, or blockchain experience is a major plus, with a quick understanding of industry dynamics and trends. šExceptional storytelling skills, able to craft messages that resonate across B2B and B2C audiences. šSuccessful leadership in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between marketing, product, and sales. šStrong content management experience, able to oversee a diverse content pipeline across multiple platforms. šExtensive network within Web3, leveraging relationships to foster partnerships and media presence. šConfident public speaker, comfortable representing Rarible at events, panels, and conferences.
