Job Summary
The Role:
In this high-profile, customer-facing position you will:
šLead, motivate and guide a high-performance team responsible for the Mastercardās global partnerships with leading technology companies
šLead the global customer relationships including building and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders and executives at the customer
šHave full accountability for the customer P&L and product distribution KPIs
šDrive Mastercardās go-to-market strategy with your partners across all Mastercard products and services.
šIdentify new opportunities to expand our partnerships and evaluate and assess the strategic and economic impact of these potential opportunities.
šCo-innovate with partners to build new product propositions through close collaboration with Mastercard product development and innovation teams.
šRepresent your customersā and the market perspective internally at Mastercard, including within senior executives
šLead team responsible for all aspects of customer proposals (including crafting compelling RFP responses) and deal execution (including business case development, commercial terms structuring, negotiations, and legal contracting) in close collaboration with key business partners (e.g., finance, legal, product, engineering) and regional teams.

šYouāre an executive, entrepreneurial, a technologist and a self-starter who can effectively mobilize, influence, and lead large, cross functional internal and external teams. šYou enjoy engaging with internal and external stakeholders in matrixed organizations to get things done- if thereās a hurdle, you know what levers to pull to work around it. šYou have experience in deal development and can manage & lead a deal process end to end. šYouāre an executive relationship builder that creates trust internally and externally šYou consistently exhibit sound business judgement with established strategic/conceptual thinking and strategic planning skills.
