Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective šŸ“Assist leadership in managing strategic initiatives and develop plans as well as execution šŸ“Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision šŸ“Ability to research complex information and to provide recommendations based on data and statistics šŸ“Be a confident communicator, (including both written and verbal skills) and effectively present to all levels of the organization, including the senior leadership team šŸ“Support and elevate the execution of People Team programs and operations including, but not limited to: onboarding, offboarding, ongoing engagement initiatives, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and audit šŸ“Provide employee support by responding to HR tickets in Jira with delight, adhering to SLAĆ¢Ā€Ā™s šŸ“Partner and work collaboratively with People Team members and cross-functional teams both locally and globally to identify, escalate, and resolve key risks or to build out processes. (e.g. Payroll, Legal, People Business Partners, Total Rewards, etc.) šŸ“Help contribute to and maintain Playbooks (document processes and workflows (e.g. employee terminations, internal transfers, etc.) and QA continuously while making enhancements šŸ“Organize and maintain confidential filing systems for employee files šŸ“Manage and spearhead project enhancement initiatives, encompassing project oversight, delineating project boundaries, and conveying progress reports to key stakeholders šŸ“Support and elevate the execution of People Team programs and operations including, but not limited to: onboarding, offboarding, ongoing engagement initiatives, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and audit šŸ“Provide employee support by responding to HR tickets in Jira with delight, adhering to SLAĆ¢Ā€Ā™s šŸ“Partner and work collaboratively with People Team members and cross-functional teams both locally and globally to identify, escalate, and resolve key risks or to build out processes. (e.g. Payroll, Legal, People Business Partners, Total Rewards, etc.) šŸ“Perform tasks in HR Systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, and other tools & systems (exposure)

Qualifications:

šŸ“Currently enrolled in a MBA program and graduating by May/June of 2025 šŸ“Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills and critical thinking šŸ“Process improvement mindset with the ability to review current state processes and determine a future state (look at a problem, identify gaps, design and implement solutions) šŸ“Ability to steer others through influence and teamwork signifying advanced interpersonal and relationship management skills šŸ“Ability to drive results in a dynamic environment šŸ“Ability to be a strong partner in a team-based environment šŸ“Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
