Responsibilities
📍Manage the necessary hardware and software the team needs to do its job 📍Provide IT support for employees, troubleshoot issues, and manage onboarding/offboarding. 📍Proactively monitor and address security risks 📍Create and enforce IT policies for security, access, and equipment usage. 📍Manage IT vendors and budget, proactively keeping costs low 📍Be highly flexible to the demands of the team, preserving our ability as a startup to move quickly
Requirements
📍Deep subject matter expertise in IT operations and security 📍Can operate autonomously in a dynamic startup environment 📍Experience scoping IT solutions to companies like ours (size, industry) 📍Good EQ, written and verbal communication, and ability to navigate the org to drive change 📍Can lead the function and do the work. We’re not looking for somebody to build a team 📍Values fit 📍US timezone 📍Can travel a few times a year to SF and offsites
