What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

📍Conduct research to understand customer needs, analyze data and insights to inform product decisions. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and People Success, to define product requirements, create user stories, and assist in product development. 📍Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, setting priorities, and tracking progress against objectives. 📍Help evaluate and improve the user experience of the product by collecting user feedback and participating in usability testing. 📍Conduct user testing, gather feedback from stakeholders, and make recommendations for product improvements. 📍Prepare product documentation, including feature specifications, user guides, and release notes. 📍Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats in the market. 📍Use analytics tools to track key product metrics, such as usage and engagement, and generate insights to guide decision-making
