Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šSource and attract top talent for administrative, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success positions through proactive networking and targeted recruiting strategies šDevelop and execute full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for non-technical roles šBuild and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referral programs šConduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization šCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies šManage candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and professional interaction šParticipate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and professional networking events when necessary
Skills & Experience:
š4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on top of funnel sourcing efforts šExperience supporting a recruiting team and hiring managers šFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), Google Calendar šExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills šExcellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment šUnderstanding and experience working in the financial industry Understanding and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain industry
