Description

šŸ“AVP - Partnerships is responsible for driving the partnerships function by actively identifying and forging deep partnerships for Liminalā€™s business growth. The candidate will leverage his/her knowledge of the global web3 landscape to devise and apply insights and strategies to close impactful partnership opportunities for Liminalā€™s Wallet Infrastructure, Qualified Custody and Digital Asset Tokenization offerings. šŸ“Lead partnership initiatives, determining the right approach, sizing and scoping the opportunities, identifying risks and ways to mitigate them, and driving the plan for execution šŸ“Lead communications and serve as primary point of contact for partner relationships šŸ“Manage the end-to-end partnership strategy and execution focused on driving adoption of Liminalā€™s existing products as well as to identify opportunities, validate new product launches & market assumptions, build go-to market plans and ultimately close deals with leading ecosystem businesses. šŸ“Work with product to develop new features with product teams to meet needs of partners and customers in Liminalā€™s core target markets. šŸ“Leverage internal and external data to develop business recommendations that generate value for Liminal and our partners šŸ“Build rapport with internal stakeholders, namely sales, product and operations to build solid relationships through partnerships šŸ“Nurture and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations šŸ“Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry offerings and provide strategies for success šŸ“Identify and evaluate potential opportunities from traditional finance, including banking, payments, investment partners and opportunities for Liminalā€™s offerings. šŸ“Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including associations, VCs and incubators, influencers, business prospects, regulators, financial institutions, and other industry participants. šŸ“Lead negotiations and deal structuring with potential partners. šŸ“Create financial models and forecasts on prospective partnerships. šŸ“Provide market intelligence and feedback to Liminalā€™s leadership team to inform product and business strategy. šŸ“Build a detailed reporting structure along with dashboards to establish and utilize key metrics for measuring and communicating success. šŸ“Assume an lead role, collaborating closely with partnership team members as well as with other product managers and leaders.

Requirements

šŸ“7 years experience in a similar role within the Web3 ecosystem. Eg: strategic alliances, partnerships, ecosystem, M&A, etc. šŸ“Bespoke deals experience ā€“ sourced, drove, and/or led it to completion. šŸ“Confidence and extensive experience of working with C-suite executives, executive leadership and management šŸ“Persistent, self-driven, never-say-never attitude with a flare of creativity to keep leveraging different ways to crack partnership deals šŸ“Proven track record structuring bespoke transformational deals in a fast-paced environment. šŸ“A jack-of-all-trades with a get-things-done attitude šŸ“Ability to drive team efficiency in a very fluid and rapidly changing environment šŸ“Obsessing over the details but also understanding how to ship on time šŸ“Desire to bring digital assets to the forefront of the global economy šŸ“Ability to analyze and communicate the value and impact of competing solutions to business problems. šŸ“Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner. šŸ“Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills šŸ“Proven project and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
