Innovation: 📍Stay updated with the latest Webflow features, web design trends, and development best practices to keep Flight3 at the cutting edge of web development. 📍Implement modern development methodologies and tools to enhance productivity and code quality within the team. 📍Culture: 📍Foster a collaborative working environment, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the development team. 📍Engage with the wider Flight3 team, sharing knowledge and participating in company events and socials.

This Role Requires:

📍Minimum 3 years of experience as a Webflow Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of web projects. 📍Proficiency in Webflow, with solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with Figma, Vercel, and other UI design tools is a plus. 📍Experience in project management, with the ability to manage timelines and communicate effectively with clients and freelancers. 📍A good understanding of Web3 and immersive web technologies is highly desirable. 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 📍A keen eye for design, with experience in graphic design or animation being an added advantage. 📍Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 📍A Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered.
