Globaldev Group is a team of professionals specializing in creating engineering teams for technological businesses for the Western Europe, Israel, USA. Only long-term product teams for EU with investments and a modern stack of technologies. We set up the company in 2010 in Kharkiv. In 2017 we opened the office in Berlin. Currently, there are 400+ of us and we are constantly growing. Now in 2024 we have development hubs in Israel, Ukraine, Portugal, Armenia and Poland. Job Summary
What is the necessary skill set?
📍3+ years of experience in development on the Flutter framework; ability to write readable and maintainable code in Dart 📍experience in one of native platforms (Android/ IOS/ Web); 📍knowledge of SOLID, design patterns; 📍knowledge of Clean architecture principles 📍knowledge of web standards and technologies including accessibility compliance 📍experience with git (we use gitlab) 📍understanding of software design principles, knowledge of basic patterns and the ability to apply themEnglish — Intermediate or higher

📍work on a startup project 📍implement our own independent decision engine going forward 📍provide an estimate for projects 📍generate ideas and ways of project implementation 📍ensure that the development stages and processes are adhered to
