Job Summary
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
đź“Ť2-4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity, with demonstrated strong financial modeling and analytical skills and a track record of executing M&A transactions. Are passionate and have a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry. đź“ŤHave strong technical skills and a good understanding of company financials, reporting requirements, GAAP, and an understanding of debt and equity structures and markets. đź“ŤDemonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis, synthesize complex information, and identify emerging trends and potential investment or acquisition opportunities.A strategic thinking mindset with proven ability to break down and solve complex problems, while also being able to focus on tactical and operational issues. đź“ŤExcellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple processes and timelines while executing quickly on deliverables. đź“ŤAdept at utilizing AI-based solutions and tools to enhance market analysis , streamline complex problem-solving , and drive efficiency in research and transaction processes.
