Job Summary
Responsibilities & Requirements
šStrategic Framework Development: Develop and implement data-driven strategies for ecosystem growth, including identifying target market segments and tailoring approaches for user and developer acquisition and retention. šMarket Segmentation and Opportunity Identification: Focus on target regions and market segments to effectively promote IOTA and Shimmer, and their EVM networks, with the goal of growing their ecosystems. šIntegrated Campaign Management: Create and manage both on-and-offchain marketing campaigns, encompassing localized activities such as events, webinars, roundtables, sponsorships, community outreach, and incentive programs. šAnalytics and Market Insight: Utilizing various analytics tools to track key performance indicators, monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, and adapt strategies based on data insights. Identify and evaluate market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, translating these insights into actionable strategies to maintain competitiveness and capture new market segments. šPartner Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with partners, industry organizations, and associations, leveraging these connections for marketing opportunities and co-promotions. šBrand and Marketing Initiatives: Lead efforts to enhance brand awareness and user adoption, including content creation and the development of scalable marketing processes.
Skills & Qualifications
š2-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or ecosystem growth, preferably within the Web3 or technology sector. šProven experience in developing on- and off-chain incentive and growth campaigns. šDeep understanding of Web3 technologies and their applications, including blockchain, decentralized protocols, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and smart contracts. šProficiency in partnership management, lead generation, and pipeline management using CRM tools like Airtable. šDemonstrated ability to develop and manage growth/marketing grant or funding programs. šStrong analytical skills for market data analysis and growth strategy development. šExcellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. šExperience with performance marketing and strategic partnerships. šA proactive mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
