What you’ll do:

📍Collaborate directly with the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) team, executing precise reconciliation of intricate ALM positions. 📍Lead cross-functional projects to refine and enhance the ALM product setup, with a clear focus on increasing product-level profitability and alignment with funding strategies. 📍Ensure timely delivery of ALM reports with a focus on generating insights and the continuous enhancement of the existing ALM reporting framework. 📍Provide integral support for the day-to-day operations encompassing the management and analysis of our crypto asset-liability position. 📍Foster strategic balance sheet management by offering strategic insights, recommendations, and process enhancements to optimise current methodologies.

Who you are:

📍Display a comprehensive understanding of Financial Markets, Crypto, and various investment instruments including leveraged products, showcasing your aptitude for navigating complex financial landscapes. 📍The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in Treasury and has experience with blockchain technologies, including on-chain transactions and staking mechanisms. 📍Exhibit the capability to work autonomously, showcasing exceptional analytical prowess, effective problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills that enable seamless collaboration. 📍Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, which are vital for conveying intricate financial concepts clearly and succinctly. 📍You have a good understanding and regular use of SQL with a focus on working with large data sets. Python knowledge is considered a strong plus.
