Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍You will lead efforts in bridging traditional financial markets with blockchain technology. 📍You will attend and represent Monad at industry conferences, panels, and networking events 📍You will approach new opportunities with a product-oriented mindset, finding areas of win-win between customer needs and blockchain capabilities 📍You will contribute to Monad’s presence and thought leadership in the space 📍You will grow adoption of real world assets and tokenization efforts in web3
Who You Are
📍You have no less than 8-10 years of professional work experience, with significant experience in traditional finance or related industries. 📍You have prior professional experience in web3. 📍You are collaborative and solutions-oriented, organized and detail-oriented. 📍You are a strong communicator—both in writing and verbally—and you can cater to a broad range of audiences (technical/non-technical and crypto-native/non-crypto) both internal and external to the team.
