Job Summary
What will you be bringing to the team?
šDefine the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery šResponsible for the planning test activities, both functional and non-functional testing šParticipate in the requirement analysis phase to ensure an effective test strategy is devised šEnsure that all processes related to Quality Management are set up and maintained šWork together with the relevant stakeholders to devise a strategy for security/penetration testing šEnsure effective collaboration and interaction between the team members in performing a thorough end-to-end functional and non-functional testing of the System(s) šValidate the Test Summary Reports along with testing evidence delivered for all testing-related activities and provide expert comments on the deliverables and accept or reject them šMaintain all documentation related to Quality Management šSupport the project team and the Contracting Authority on all issues related to Quality Management šPlan, support deployment and manage the testing effort for any given engagement šParticipate in the test management meetings such as 'end of FAT' and 'end of SAT' meetings šCarry out quality audits and IT processes quality assessments šPlan end-user testing, including MS testing Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
šBachelor's degree šMinimum 8 years of relevant work experience šExcellent knowledge of the testing lifecycle and the landscape of the tools to automate the test cases to perform šExcellent knowledge of testing standards and methodologies šGood project and contract management knowledge šHands-on experience using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.) and methodologies (Prince2, PM2, PMI, Agile, SAFE, Scrum, etc.) šAbility to chair meetings and give presentations
