Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead the Test Automation team and its strategy for Flipsterās mobile and web applications. šDesign, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable test automation frameworks. šEnsure test coverage across key business flows, including regression, integration, and performance tests. šCollaborate with engineering, QA, product, and design teams to expand automated test coverage as features mature. šDefine and track quality-related automation metrics, using data to continuously improve test effectiveness. šCoach and support test automation engineers to deliver maintainable and efficient test code. šAlign test automation efforts with engineering and product release goals.
Qualifications
šMinimum 5 years of experience in test automation engineering. šDeep understanding of test automationās role in the end-to-end software development lifecycle. šHands-on experience with tools such as Appium, Selenium, and Python-based frameworks. šProficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or similar. šProven experience leading or managing test automation engineers or teams. šExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders. šComfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
