Job Summary
Responsibilities
šClient Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives. šProject Coordination: Serve as the lead point of contact for all client matters, oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring client requirements are met with precision. šTechnical Consultation: Advise clients on our specialized services, particularly in zero-knowledge proofs, multi-party computation, and other cryptography technologies. šSales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies, execute sales pitches, and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities. Prepare detailed presentations to articulate service benefits to potential clients. šProposal Development: Conduct exploratory research to craft detailed proposals, assess necessary resources, and outline potential project scopes. This will involve a thorough analysis to ensure alignment with client goals and our capabilities. šFeedback Management: Channel client insights back to internal teams to refine technologies and service offerings continuously. šDevelop rapid prototypes: Be able to develop quick prototypes to help inform the proposal development process šInnovative Problem-Solving: Engage in creative problem-solving to address client concerns and identify bespoke solutions that leverage our technological strengths. šEducational Outreach: Lead informational sessions and workshops for clients to showcase the potential and practical applications of emerging technologies in our field.
Requirements
šEducation & Experience: šBachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Masters or PhD preferred. šDemonstrable experience in technical account management, sales engineering, or business development, ideally within the blockchain or cryptography sector. šTechnical Skills: šProficiency in Go, Rust, Python and Solidity with a preference for Go, šRust and Solidity šProficiency in ZK programming languages such as Circom, Noir, Cairo is a plus šProficiency in ZK libraries such as Arkworks-rs, Gnark is a plus šComprehensive knowledge of blockchain technologies and cryptographic protocols.
