Key Responsibilities
📍Team Leadership: Strategically develop and lead a dedicated credit risk management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. 📍Ownership: Take charge of exciting projects focused on credit risk models and strategies, ensuring they align with company goals and regulatory standards. 📍Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Sales, Finance, and Legal to elevate credit processes and address challenges effectively. 📍Market and Regulatory Insight: Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes, interpreting their impact on our operations and integrating necessary adjustments into strategies. 📍Mentorship: Act as a mentor to your team, helping them to grow professionally and realize their full potential. 📍Senior Management Engagement: Serve as the primary representative of your team in discussions with senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
📍Educational Background: A degree in economics, mathematics, or a related field. Certification as a Certified Credit Manager is highly desirable. 📍Experience: Several years of experience in credit risk management, including proven leadership of teams. 📍Expertise: Proficiency in credit risk modeling and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. 📍Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and strategic vision to foresee and address challenges proactively. 📍Leadership: A team-oriented approach with the ability to inspire and develop others. 📍Communication: Excellent communication skills in both German and English, enabling effective interaction across diverse teams and stakeholders.
