Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šOperational Strategy & Scaling šDefine and implement operations roadmap: onboarding workflows, cross-functional coordination, OKRs, budget planning, and KPIs. šStand up scalable systems before complexity peaks. šProduct & Technical Delivery Support šCollaborate with Product & Engineering leadership to streamline development cadence: sprint planning, release processes, QA, and metrics. šEnsure smooth MVP launches and feature rollouts. šPartner Onboarding & Integration šBuild end-to-end partner engagement processes: onboarding, compliance checks, documentation, performance tracking. šServe as operational liaison for ecosystem partners and business-development allies. šRegulatory & Compliance Oversight šDevelop and maintain compliance frameworks for onboarding partners in multiple jurisdictions. šManage legal coordination on KYC/AML, data privacy, and smart-contract standards. šFinance & Budget Management šLead monthly budgeting, forecast modelling, spend control, and cash flow monitoring. šCoordinate with Finance (internal or external) to reconcile and report. šSystems, Tools & Process Optimization šImplement operational infrastructure (e.g., Asana, Jira, Slack, Notion) and streamline internal workflows. šChampion continuous improvement using metrics and qualitative feedback. šInitially act as an individual contributor; grow into a people manager as the team expands. šCultivate transparent, collaborative culture aligned to their mission.
Key Requirements:
š7+ years of operational leadership in tech, fintech, Web3, or comparable scale-up environments. šDeep operational experience: sprint/process-driven delivery; compliance and finance; KPIs and data infrastructure. šExperience navigating multi-jurisdictional regulations (KYC, AML, data privacy). šStrong execution skills, exemplary stakeholder management, excellent communicator. šHigh integrity, autonomy, a detail-oriented mindset, and strategic systems thinker. šPassionate about decentralized tech and social/economic impact.
