Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Talent Acquisition (80%): šŸ“Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand the talent needs of different departments and business units šŸ“Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and acquire high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. šŸ“Conduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates, ensuring their skills, experience, and cultural fit align with the organization's values and requirements. šŸ“Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding. šŸ“Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates' profiles and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). šŸ“Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and anticipate future talent needs. šŸ“Continuously monitor and improve recruitment metrics to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process. šŸ“Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to proactively address market challenges and opportunities. Local HR Operations (20%): šŸ“Support various HR operational functions, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. šŸ“Assist in the implementation and compliance of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with local regulations and company standards. šŸ“Address employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate HR-related information and support. šŸ“Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. šŸ“Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices and contribute to global HR projects when required. šŸ“Participate in local market surveys to benchmark compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
